🔷Meet the Team Tuesday🔷
Meet Jessica Fischer, one of our Territory Managers who has been a part of the DST team since April 2015. Jessica is passionate about building relationships, helping customers problem solve, and creating lasting connections throughout the industry.
🔶Favorite part of the workday: Seeing projects gain momentum, meeting new people, and helping customers find solutions that truly make a difference.
🎹Something people may not know: When Jessica was a sophomore in high school, she was asked to play Pomp & Circumstance as a piano duet for graduation. Performing in front of an entire gymnasium pushed a shy, awkward farm girl outside her comfort zone, she could still sit down and play it today!
⏳If she could have any superpower: Time travel. From meeting her great-grandfather who immigrated from Sweden at 15, to visiting Laura Ingalls Wilder, Jessica would explore history firsthand.
⚙What excites her about the steel industry: Seeing more women step into leadership roles and creating opportunities for all employees to thrive within the building materials industry.
🔨Favorite DST Product: Highland Rib, Jessica loves the clean standing seam appearance combined with the efficiency of a 3-foot panel system. She's also especially fond of DST's textured colors for their classy, elevated finish.
🤝Favorite part about working at DST: The people. Jessica values the grit, pride, teamwork, and sense of purpose that our teams bring every single day.
💙Who has impacted her life the most: Her family, mentors, colleagues, lifelong friends, and especially her twin daughters, who inspired her to become the best version of herself.
Jessica brings integrity, dedication, and heart into everything she does. Her passion for people and commitment to excellence make a lasting impact on both our customers and our team, and we're so proud to have her as part of the DST team.
