012 and recently changed its name to just Prim's recognizing that this store cannot be defined within a few categories. We will continue to innovate and offer new products and departments which the community demands. Prim's offers two stores under one roof; a "two worlds" concept where couples can also shop together. Over the past few years, many national big-box retailers have expressed interest in this store location but I am committed to Prim's continuing long-term service to the local community. My family has been a part of this community for over 50 years as a real estate developer and property owner, and I am also the owner of Carmel Rancho Shopping Center. Prim's is just one of many tenants in this landmark center that is providing innovative, trendy services and products to the local valley. It's also satisfying to be recently awarded the 2016 Golden Pine Cone as the best Housewares store in the greater Carmel area. We have the best staff, offering incredible customer service. We will continue to innovate offering new products, product categories, and newly expanded departments such as gourmet food, wine, and outdoor recreation. I am also the owner of Prim Family Winery, producing over 2000 cases annually of Pinot Noir, Cab, Chardonnay, Rose, and sparkling wine from Santa Lucia Highlands and Howell Mountain in Napa Valley. At some point, I will also integrate a wine tasting experience within the Center and possibly within Prim's. Stay tuned, there is more to come. Thank you,

Wayne Prim
