We are mourning the tragic loss of our dear friend and fellow employee Sandra Starr. She died unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, August 23, 2018.

Sandra began her storied career at Skeels in 1991 and continued until the day before her death. Over her 27 years with the company she came to know and love many employees and customers alike and they her. Sandra’s smile and laugh were always an easy place for everyone to go. She will be greatly missed. ❤️

Our annual CLA South Bay Chapter Swap Meet is THIS WEEKEND - May 19 at 9 AM. If you've never been to it, you are in for a time! Lots of crazy stuff to look at, bargain for, and you will come away with treasures! You don't want to miss it! And don't forget the raffle prizes and drawings! It's a good time!!

Don’t miss the CLA South Bay Chapter Meeting Thursday, May 17th at 7 PM. It’s going to be a great one!

Guy Robinson, AssaAbloy University's principal educator based here in Ontario, will be our speaker. Guy is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all things AssaAbloy and will do a fantastic job talking hardware.

AssaAbloy are the people who bring us Corbin, Yale, Norton, Sargent, Rixson, Arrow, McKinney, Pemko, and Rockwood. Whew!

These companies do a lot of innovating - both in mechanical and electronic hardware - and Guy has some nifty stuff to show us! His talk will focus on innovation - not just the ordinary door closer or lockset, but the interesting and exciting new products that this huge company has been bringing out.
