１９５９年（昭和３４年）創業者中村権三郎、三条市荒町１丁目５番１６　　　　　　　　　　　　号にて溶接工場として創業開始

１９７０年（昭和４５年）ナカゴン工業株式会社設立

１９８０年（昭和５５年）本社工場を三条市荒町１丁目７番１１号に移転

１９８５年（昭和６０年）中村精工株式会社に組織変更
　　　　　　　　　　　　中村敏代表取締役就任

１９８８年（平成元年）　工場を三条市中新３２番２６号に移転

１９９１年（平成３年）　組立工場を増築

２００８年（平成２０年）板金工場を増築
　　　　　　　　　　　　現在に至る
