Meet ๐๐๐๐๐ถ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป, Lead Fleet Mechanic at Johnson Concrete Products.
Dustin has been with Johnson Concrete Products for ๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐. In his role, ๐ป๐ผ ๐๐๐ผ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐
๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ. He may be changing a flat tire on the side of the interstate or at a job site, repairing a hydraulic line on a Moffett Mounty, replacing a battery, or handling ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ on our sales vehicles, trucks, trailers, and equipment.
Lately, Dustin has been working mostly on trailers and Moffett Mountys. One thing he says people may not realize is how important it is to shift from being ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ, keeping an eye on parts and making repairs before they become bigger issues on the road.
What Dustin enjoys most about his job is that he is ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐น๐ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ป๐ฒ๐ and challenging himself to repair whatever comes into the shop to the best of his ability.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, Regina, and their 9-year-old daughter, Reestyn. She keeps him busy with karate, basketball, horseback riding lessons, and barrel racing. When he has extra time, Dustin enjoys working on personal vehicles, tractors, and his classic vehicles, a 1957 Chevy Bel Air and 1957 Chevy pickup.
