Antz Brackets I own a deck building company and saw a need for these brackets. Mostly for our own projects. Due to demand we have now gone to market.

When the code changed from not being allowed to attach through brick into the ban board, so we invented these in 2021.

Antz Brackets are designed to allow a deck ledger to be attached at the same height as the brick instead of forcing awkward workarounds like extra posts near the house or a secondary ledger setup. According to the manufacturer, they’re made from 11-gauge galvanized steel, powder coated black, and their standard single-ledger pack is spaced for a typical 16' ledger at 4' on center. They also note engineering-stamped documents are available for Ohio and Kentucky projects.
