A small detail that makes a big difference during the concrete pour. 👀

We cut an opening in the ProBuck so we can properly fill the window sill with concrete and make sure the concrete gets where it needs to go.

It’s all about the details when building with ICF. 🧱💪

No rebar in these ICF walls. 👀 So what are we using?

We use Helix® Micro Rebar—small, twisted steel fibers that are added directly to the concrete mix.

Instead of placing and tying traditional reinforcing steel throughout the wall, the Helix fibers are dispersed throughout the concrete as it’s poured, providing distributed reinforcement throughout the concrete matrix.

That means less time spent tying steel and a streamlined installation process—when the Helix system is engineered and specified for the application.
