It's that time of year again when many Professional Deck Builders are having End of the Season Decking Sales and at the Tri-County Lumber, Inc. we support our builders and contractors with their Sales Efforts by helping them maintain Profit Margins while exceeding their prospective customers end of the season needs...
Whats this mean in 2026....
We are clearing out our Decking Warehouse to make way for an even wider Color selection in 2027 and "YES" while other dealers are raising their prices by 5% in the upcoming months, we are lowering our In-stock pricing by 10% and our non-stock colors by 5%....
This sale is in addition to our normal price protection where our builders get the same price 30 full days after any manufacturer or supplier mandated increases...
Just another reason the Tri County Lumber Company is Minnesota prefferred supplier for TimberTech decking products....
