To this point we haven’t had anyone come forward to buy the hardware store. We have made the decision to close. Our last day of business will be Saturday, March 15th. Like I stated before I just have too many things pulling me in different directions to be able to give the store the attention it needs. My family and I, along with Jenny have been honored to provide this service to Clendenin and the surrounding areas for the last 7 years. It has been a privilege. We can’t overstate the appreciation we have for everyone that came in and frequented our little store. You will all be in our hearts. As a small thank you starting tomorrow all quarts and gallons of Valspar paint and Cabot stains will be 30% off through next Saturday while supplies last.Get ahead of any upcoming paint projects you may be planning! Again it has been an honor serving you all and we can never thank you enough.

Just wanted to put this out there. I am looking to sell the hardware store. I have loved running this business in our town over the last 7 plus years but, I am at a point where my time is being pulled in other directions. Between my other job in Charleston and the newest addition to our family I just want/need to spend more time focusing on those pursuits. The last thing I want to do is close the store because I truly believe it is very good for the people in and around Clendenin so my hope is there is someone out there who would be interested in buying me out. If you are interested or know someone who is, please reach out to me directly. It has been my honor serving the people of Clendenin but it’s time to move on. Thank you.
