End of year clean-up already in the store. We are double checking our inventory counts and preparing for our holiday sales.
Accurate data means we are making informed decisions when it comes to buying as well as putting other items on clearance.
As the new store owner, what else am I missing?

Still enjoying the after-effects of a successful Customer Appreciation day. Jeffrey Cuny won one of our door prizes, a Hero Jump Starter & Power Bank donated by Interstate Batteries.

We dropped it off at his Fully Promoted Pittsburgh North (Cranberry Township), PA store along with the 55 ft lift he rented from us.

I wrote this weeks column before our event. Our prediction was correct, but maybe understated. We had a great Customer Appreciation day on Friday, and it was because our vendors helped make it extra special.

Huge thank you to DEWALT for setting up. We sold a lot of tools.
House-Hasson Hardware Company and CASE Power & Equipment of Pennsylvania reps were on site, which turn into opportunity all around.
And donations for our door prizes from Spec Ops Tools, Milwaukee Tool, Interstate Batteries and Lehigh Anthracite.

Our customers are still talking about the . And special thank you to our The Progress News readers who stopped by!

T-Rex Tape being put to the test.
Had some tears in my camper cover. They weren't horrible, but why not try a product we have on sale for $9.99 instead of $400 on a new cover?

I'm confident enough on the application that I'll post this now. Remind me to follow up in the spring.
