Fall has officially taken over. Some more than others🌻

We carry a wide selection of flowers and one employee who has become one with them.

🌺 FREE KENAF CUTTINGS!

We gave our Hibiscus cannabinus a little trim today, so we’ve got lots of cuttings up for grabs!

You might look at this plant and think, “Pretty flowers… but what else?”

Kenaf grows fast, loves our Florida heat, is great for pollinators and the young leaves and shoots can be eaten. It’s also used for things like paper, textiles, animal feed and mulch.

Pretty and useful!!🌿

Come grab a cutting and give one a try!
Free while they last. 🌺

🥜🌳 Peanut Butter Fruit.

Okay… this one is pretty cool!

Yes, it’s an actual fruit and when it’s ripe, it has a soft texture and a sweet flavor that people compare to peanut butter.

And the best part? It grows here! ☀️🌱

We have these in the garden shop right now, come check them out and see if you think they really taste like peanut butter 👀

♥️The Pagoda Plant (Clerodendrum paniculatum) gets its name from those ridiculously cool tiers of bright red/orange flowers.

It’s a tropical showstopper, attracts pollinators and adds a totally different shape and texture to the landscape.

Basically, if your garden needs a plant that makes people stop and say “What the heck is THAT?”- here you go.

♥️ Come see this one in the Garden Shop! ♥️

One of our absolute favorites 🌱💕

𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗮- a Florida native groundcover with the cutest little pink p**fball flowers 🌸

It’s sometimes called the sensitive plant because its delicate leaves fold up when touched 🥹

It sprawls into a beautiful living carpet, supports pollinators, helps the soil, tolerates some foot traffic once established and actually belongs in our Florida landscape.

Tiny p**f balls. Sensitive little leaves. Native. Useful.

What’s not to love? 🌱🐝
