This spring cleaning event is open to City of Cohasset residents only. Itasca County residents outside of Cohasset can bring donation items to our ReStore in Grand Rapids or one of the four outlying canister sites in Itasca County.

Today we’re celebrating a special milestone at Nelson Wood Shims - congratulations to Seth Harsha on 5 years with our team! 🎉

Seth works as a Production Laborer on our South Line and also serves on our Safety Committee, helping make our workplace safer and stronger every day. We appreciate his hard work, dedication, and positive attitude over the past five years.

Nothing says MN Fishing Opener quite like our annual NWS Fish Fry! 🎣🐟

We had a great time celebrating with our team and kicking off opener weekend together. A huge THANK YOU to Jason Savage for preparing all of the food for us, including his famous homemade tartar sauce - everything was absolutely delicious! 👏🔥

🌲😎🌲 Accepting Basswood Logs This Summer 🌲😎🌲

All summer long we will be accepting Basswood logs with the following specs:
• 100” length
• 8” minimum diameter (no max)
• Fresh cut, bark not slipping
• Logs must be straight and sound
• No bells, rot, crotches, or center rot
• Minimal cracks allowed
• No sweep on 8”–9” logs
• Up to 3” sweep allowed on 10”+ logs
• Straight loads of 8”–9” logs will not be accepted

💵 $125 per cord | 5 cord minimum | Stick-scaled | Paid twice weekly
⏰ M–F 6:00 AM–3:30 PM | Closed on Holidays
