Doesn't bother us one bit. BUT it should bother you.
You can get sold something by someone who has never used it. There is no demo. When it breaks, good luck finding someone to fix it. Warranty work takes weeks, and nobody gives you a loaner. You are just a receipt number.

When your equipment goes down for warranty service, we hand you a loaner. Simple as that.

On paper, it makes no sense. We are lending out equipment we could be selling. Customers could bring it back damaged. It ties up our inventory. Every business reason says don't do it.

But here's what actually happened.

Our customers never missed a day of work. Their jobs kept moving, their yards got done, their businesses stayed on schedule. And because we took care of them when it mattered, they never needed to shop anywhere else.

When our customers do well, we do well. That's the whole thing.
