🚨 What started as a tiny hole in the basement ceiling turned out to be a hidden leak causing damage for who knows how long… 😳

We were called out for a suspected refrigerator leak and found the real culprit: a loose ice maker water line behind a newly installed commercial-grade fridge. Slow leak, hidden damage, and a mess waiting to get worse. 💧

We repaired the leaking line, confirmed the leak was stopped, then moved downstairs to tackle the ceiling damage.

🔨🏡 FROM FULL DEMO TO FINISHED TRANSFORMATION! 🏡🔨

This house flip started as a major overhaul — and we were brought in to completely reshape the home from the inside out 💪

✅ Framed all closets from bi-fold openings to clean single door openings
✅ Changed the overall house layout
✅ Removed 3 walls to open up the space
✅ Installed a structural header assembly between the living room & kitchen
✅ Built out a brand new laundry area + pantry
✅ Added blocking for bathroom accessories & kitchen cabinets
✅ Installed a brand new tub + surround

🚨 WHAT STARTED AS A “LOOSE TOILET” TURNED INTO A HIDDEN DISASTER 🚨

This is exactly why small issues in your home should NEVER be ignored 👇

We were called out for what seemed like a simple loose toilet… but once we pulled it, we found:
❌ Severely rotted subfloor
❌ A toilet fl**ge with NOTHING securing it
❌ Years of hidden water damage

The only thing that prevented this from becoming a full collapse? The existing 3/4” hardwood flooring 😳

🔧 Here’s how we fixed it the RIGHT way:
✔ Carefully removed hardwood (saving what we could)
✔ Cut out and replaced all rotted subfloor with new 3/4” material
✔ Properly secured and anchored a new toilet fl**ge
✔ Reinstalled and WEAVED the original hardwood back in seamlessly
✔ Installed a brand new toilet (goodbye 31-year-old unit 👋)
