Another T-shirt sighting this afternoon. It was such a nice gathering for the Town of Berlin’s new Farmer’s Market pavilion ribbon cutting. What a beautiful and impressive faciltiy! Thanks to Amanda Shavers for getting a picture of the T-shirt and including it in the Cullman Times article. Thanks to the Berlin city council, mayor, and clerk for
all the hard work for making this facility possible. Come to the Farmer’s market on Saturdays for fresh produce, and stop by Berlin Hardware. You never know who you may bump in to.

Wow! We had unexpected visits from 2 different past UAB co-workers today. I am honored when old friends take the time to stop in just to hello! You never know who you may bump into at Berlin Hardware.

We had visits today from Ed Ramsey. He was the resident expert on cell phones at UAB. He saved the day for me many times.

We also had a visit from Judy Myrick. I remember when she was hired at the computer center (she told me today that was 38’years ago). We had lots of great times together doing COBOL programming and lots of fun times at The University Computer Center (TUCC).

It was so good to see these folks that I have been blessed to call “friends”!
