After 50 years in the building materials industry, Greg Smith is retiring!

Weโ€™ve had the privilege of having Greg spend the final five years of his remarkable career with Nationโ€™s Best, and we are incredibly grateful for the impact he has made on our company, our teams, and the people he has worked alongside.

Greg has built far more than a successful career. He has built lasting relationships, developed and supported countless people, shared a lifetime of industry knowledge, and earned the respect and friendship of so many along the way.

Greg, thank you for your leadership, your commitment to our people, and everything you have contributed to Nationโ€™s Best. We are proud that Nationโ€™s Best got to be part of your 50-year story.

Please join us in congratulating Greg on an extraordinary career and wishing him all the best in retirement!

Some salespeople sell products.

The best ones build relationships, grow territories, and become the person contractors call first.

That is who we want to know.

Nationโ€™s Best is connecting with experienced outside sales professionals who know the building materials industry, understand their market, and have a track record of turning relationships into results.

At Nation's Best, we believe great organizations are built by leaders who never stop learning, growing, and investing in others.

We are excited to see our very own Chief Human Resources Officer, Amber Little, featured on a recent LBM Journal podcast discussing authentic leadership, professional growth, personal reflection, and the journey behind her book, Whole Human Leadership.

The conversation offers practical insights for anyone looking to lead with greater purpose, build meaningful relationships, and show up more authentically both at work and in life.

We invite you to give it a listen.
