Customer came in with complaints of no drive.

Machine has a tow behind leaf vac. Pulled the plate off to find the rear frame to be cracked and split in multiple spots causing the hydro release to be engaged, once the release was disengaged, we had drive again.

After speaking with the customer, we came up with the idea to cut out the cracked portion and weld the plate for the leaf vac in place of the rear frame with so extra supports that wrap around to the sides.

Less than 2 hours later the customer got thier machine back and was very happy with the quick turn around.

Finished up welding and fabricating on this trailer last week. Added a plate to the front a frame to mount a hitch for the winch and a toolbox. Added plates to cover some of the factory and not so factory pieces that were added through the years before this one was bought.

Removed old jack after installing this heavy duty jack.
