When a large logistics facility in California’s Central Valley began experiencing seam fatigue, membrane weathering, flashing failures, and other signs of roof deterioration, Barrier Specialty Roofing partnered with Polyglass to restore the existing roofing system without a full tear-off.

The restoration used PolyBrite® 90.1 silicone roof coating, PolyBrite® 93 flashing compound, and PolyBrite® Prime Polymesh reinforcement to address vulnerable areas across the roof. After thorough surface preparation and reinforcement of seams, skylights, HVAC curbs, and penetrations, the entire roof was coated to create a seamless, weather-resistant membrane.
