WHATCHA WORKIN’ ON?

Pat’s got an Merit M300 Power Pack on the bench that originally came in for routine service, but once he got into it, the hydraulic system told a different story.

The fluid is contaminated, so the job starts with a full hydraulic flush. Pressure relief, quick disconnects, flow control, block, pump, everything gets drained and cleaned out before the tank is repeatedly backfilled and flushed again.

Once the hydraulic side is cleaned up, Pat will move on to the engine service and then check output to see if the unit is still making the flow it should.

Sometimes a “simple service” turns into a much deeper look at the machine.

That’s exactly why we check everything.

WHATCHA WORKIN’ ON?
Today Clay’s got a Husqvarna PG 400 grinder in the shop with an electrical issue that brought the machine to a stop.

The overload relay melted, so we’re going through the electrical system, checking the motor, replacing the relay and contactor, and finishing up with a new start-stop switch to get this grinder back where it belongs, on the job.

When a piece of equipment goes down, the goal is simple: find the real problem, fix it right, and get our customer moving again.

That’s what the Saw King service team does every day.
