This year asked a lot of all of us. And through every challenge, our teams proved what partnership truly means: stepping up for one another, solving problems together, and keeping customers at the center of everything we do.

So today, we’re giving thanks for the people who make Kodiak what it is—local leaders who know their markets better than anyone, teams who work before sunrise and long after the doors close, and partners who trust us to show up with integrity and follow-through.

This week, Kailey Jackson from Kodiak’s Continuous Improvement team was honored in Chicago with a Business Excellence Award at the HBSDealer Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply Conference.

Over the past year, Kailey guided a cross-functional team through a complex Back Office Transformation project—strengthening operations across 10 Kodiak operating companies through collaboration and shared vision.
