Imagine waking up in the country to chilly mornings, changing leaves, and a fire going by evening.

If that sounds like the kind of life you’ve been dreaming about, maybe it’s time to start thinking about the home that goes with it.

Give us a call. We’d love to learn more about your land, your ideas, the way you want to live and help guide you through the steps to bring that vision to life.

Fall has arrived in the Catskills, and we're loving it! The trees have a bit of color, the air feels crips and fresh and the humid days of summer are behind us.

It’s also a great time to start planning your 2027 home project. Beginning now gives you time to think through your land, design ideas, budget, builder, and timeline without feeling rushed.

Visit our website at www.beavermtn.com to learn more, or call us at 607-467-2700 for a fesability consultation. If you're thinking about a custom home, now is a perfect time to start the conversation.

Quite the transformation for this summer makeover project. Added an owner’s suite, large timber porch, mudroom entry & our premium log siding. Looks great!
