Good evening to all my past, current & future customers. As some of you may know, my name is Amrit Bassi, but I primarily go by Bassi. I will soon be taking over the Snap on tool franchise on the east side of Des Moines beginning the 2nd of November 2020. This route was previously ran by Trent Thompson. He has accepted another opportunity to purchase a franchise of his own, which has lead me to taking over this route. A little info about me personally would be that I have a wonderful significant other named Brittni, a way too smart husky & too many Subarus. I am currently still enlisted in the Army National Guard & due to that position, this may require me to be away from the route for short periods of time. This is mainly due to the current state that our nation is in right now. I ask for your understanding and patience as this transition takes place. I'm aware that Trent has been taking great care of his customers, some of whom, for almost 18 years. I will strive to fill his shoes and be one the best tool servicemen out there. I thank you for your trust & understanding. I look forward to seeing each & every one of you each & every week. Thank you once again & I can't wait to see all of you soon. Also a huge shout out to Trent for the training these past few weeks & another huge thank you to Mark & Suzan for this once in a lifetime opportunity. I won't let you down.
