To our valued customers, I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication over the past few years. It was recently brought to my attention, and I deeply regret not reaching out sooner to our loyal customers. Over the past four years, I have been battling serious internal health issues, from which I finally recovered in late February 2025. Unfortunately, shortly after, on March 20, I suffered a severe fall that resulted in compression fractures to six of my vertebrae (T12 through L5). Since then, I have undergone three major surgeries, the most recent of which was on July 21, 2025. These health challenges have made it impossible for me to keep up with work, and as a result, some of our larger and older equipment jobs have been delayed. During this time, my two sons have stepped up and taken over operations. They are both very capable and committed to maintaining the high standards we strive for, and I kindly ask for your patience and understanding as they continue to manage the business. Due to the circumstances, you may have experienced delays in returned calls or unanswered emails — we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. My wife has also remained home to assist with my recovery, which has further limited our capacity for the specialized work I normally handle outside of our standard lawn mower repairs. I am currently on track to complete my recovery by late August or early September. As my health improves and my doctors clear me to return, I will begin assisting my sons in completing the remaining outstanding jobs.
