Our battery load bank (that yellow and black box in the background of this photo) is basically like an EKG machine for industrial-sized forklift batteries. This swanky diagnostic tool helps us figure out what's going on with your battery so we can get you back to full power quickly!
In this photo, you can see that all of the cells of the battery are connected to the battery load bank in the same way that electrodes are attached to a patient's chest for an EKG. The load bank essentially discharges and recharges the battery, monitoring and documenting a wealth of data about the full discharge process and full recharge process to help our technicians assess the overall battery health, the health of each individual cell, and the next steps.
