Shout-out to one of our outstanding Shop Technicians, Roy!

Roy has one of the most interesting career journeys on our team! He actually started his working life as a chef who discovered a natural knack for fixing machinery. This mechanical skill led him to repair equipment in commercial kitchens, which ultimately landed him a career as a top-tier forklift technician.

Roy has since excelled in all of the technical courses offered through Toyota Material Handling, bringing his unique problem-solving skills to our shop every day.

And, as an added bonus, he consistently makes pretty delicious treats that he shares with the rest of us; and more than once, he's taken home the trophy at our annual Chili Cook-off! 🏆

Warm congratulations and appreciation for Jim!

Jim is a master technician and a foundational member of our service team, bringing decades of experience, including 14 years as an ASE-certified technician, to Williams Toyota Lift. Having started here in 2005, he has advanced to become a Toyota "Gold certified" forklift technician and is one of our expert "road techs" who services equipment directly at customer facilities.

Believe us when we tell you that Jim knows his way around a forklift like very few on this planet. Despite deserving a lot of accolades, Jim is the kind of guy who doesn't demand attention—he's consistent and particular, quiet and kind, genuine and dependable.

When was your forklift's hydraulic oil filter last changed?
If it was changed by a technician from Williams Toyota Lift, then you can answer that question easily because our technicians keep track of it on the PM Sticker located on your forklift.
Many times, our technicians even write the date on the filter itself as well, just to make it even more obvious.
This is your friendly reminder that now might be the time to change your hydraulic oil filter. Give us a call at 800.435.2449 to get your forklifts on a PM schedule.
