Graham Architectural Products is proud to be part of the Community Within the Corridor - Wisconsin’s largest privately funded affordable housing development!

Once the historic Briggs & Stratton Industrial Park, this 8-acre site has been reborn into a vibrant community hub featuring:
• 197 affordable housing units
• 40,000 sq. ft. of commercial & recreational space
• A grocery store, daycare, food hall, creative studios & more!

Our SR6700 Steel Replica and 1200H Offset Fixed Series windows helped preserve the site’s architectural legacy while meeting modern energy standards making the project eligible for historic tax credits.

Graham Architectural Products was tasked with providing a quality product to meet a tight construction schedule.
