The view from the second floor of our current build in Edgartown, looking over the lot where we’ll soon break ground on the next one. Two brothers, two islanders, two hardworking business owners. We’re honored to be trusted with both homes.

Taking shape, one wall at a time.

Luan and Leandro own L Brothers Construction. They are the primary framing crew and carpentry crew we use. A dedicated group of hardworking professionals who strive to be the best and solve problems efficiently and quickly. We’re very fortunate to have partnerships and subcontractors like them! Thank you for pushing through an extremely busy year.

The best seat in the house is still being built. From the future primary bedroom, Lake Tashmoo unfolds in every direction—a front-row view to one of the Vineyard’s most cherished landscapes.
