The 2026 fishing license is now available. While 2026 regulations don't go into effect until April 1, 2026, you can still get your license and get to fishing right away. What species are you most excited to target this year?

Get your license at participating retailers, DNR customer service centers, online at Michigan.gov/DNRLicenses or through the Michigan DNR Hunt Fish app.

Whether you're fishing for a Master Angler patch, or just trying to fill that pan with panfish, we hope to see some great catches.

- Thumb Hardware & Appliance Center
T-shirts are $20 & ALL proceeds directly benefit the Thumb Animal Shelter!
All locations will have pledge sheets as well, if you would like to donate on or get your own to collect your own donations for the shelter!
