🎯 Leveling up our customer connection game!

Huge congrats to our Lightworks University team who completed 2.5 days of intensive customer-focused selling training.

James Zenor, Patrick McDowell, and Tim O'Sullivan (Indiana Lightworks), Elle Witz (Chicago Lightworks), and Max Taylor (Archetype Services) brought their A-game. They sharpened presentation and sales skills that are core to our strategy. This isn't typical sales training – it's how we build real customer relationships.

Indiana Lightworks helped with this recent install at Convivio in Noblesville, IN.

This is the third location for the local Italian concept. The focus was on highlighting the artwork throughout the space using WAC Lighting Ventrx Stealth framing projectors, with Lightheaded LED Pipes integrated across the ceiling.

Our team supported fixture selection, on-site aiming, and final adjustments to make sure each piece is lit properly and the wall reads clean and consistent across the room.

Indiana Lightworks partners with manufacturers pushing the boundaries of architectural lighting, and Tangent™ Down by VoksLyte is a strong example of that flexibility in action.

Tangent™ Down is a custom direct illumination system designed to follow the intent of the architecture. It can be fabricated in virtually any configuration, from tight radii and sweeping curves to rectilinear layouts, free form shapes, and complex geometries that extend in both plan and elevation.

This role is critical in designing energy code-compliant lighting control systems and supporting projects from bid through commissioning. You’ll work across sales, project management, and field teams to develop control solutions, interpret construction documents, and ensure systems are delivered accurately and function as intended.

If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with technical drawings, and motivated to stay ahead of evolving lighting control technology, this is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in complex, high-impact projects at Indiana Lightworks.
