POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible efficiently manage and direct all aspects of the equipment logistics and equipment service department operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Schedule and plan the need for equipment and transportation of same to each job site.
2. Schedule all service work and assign to mechanics. Oversee work to ensure satisfaction.
3. Inspects work in progress and finished products.
4. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
5. Control expenses of the service department while maintaining productive services
6. Requisitions of material, equipment, fixtures and other supplies for the Service Department.
7. Maintains time and production records.
8. Ensure that the shop area is in safe operating order, clean and orderly at all times.
9. Set-up freight for rental deals, demos and to move new sales fleet.
10. Request equipment control numbers (tag #’s) for all fleet.
11. Completes all administrative responsibilities/paperwork; complete all paperwork and reporting; ensures all paperwork is submitted within the allowed timeframe with complete information.
12. Ensure employees observe the company’s safety standards in accordance with OSHA and state regulations.

REQUERIMENTS:
• Five to seven years experience as a Heavy Equipment Manager
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills
• Positive, Team-Oriented Attitude
• Must be self-motivated and result oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Attention to details and time management skills
• Ability to use email, word processing and spreadsheets.

Job Description Summary
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
• Deliver aggregates and blacktop materials to customers, pavers, shoulder machines and stone boxes and construction sites.
• Communicate with dispatchers using 2-way radios and verbal communication with customers and internal personnel.
• Ability to read a map to navigate
• Must be able to complete log books, vehicle inspection and site condition reports.
• Responsible for cleaning bed of trucks from debris and keep rest of truck clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Must possess a valid CDL (endorsements a plus), a clean MVR, and must pass a DOT physical
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations
• Able to work various times during day, night or weekend hours, at various locations
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 Years of previous experience preferred

- A valid driver’s license is required, and valid CDL
- Valid PA inspection license
- Must have a Positive attitude and willingness to grow in position
- Willingness to travel within district (close geographical area), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required

Summary Performs the payroll functions, including processing, administration and serving as the source of information to the employees. The location for this position is at the Corporate Office.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processes payroll for all employees; reviews payroll calculations; verifies information from relevant forms including pay increases, department transfers, etc.; audits, corrects and balances payroll and a variety of reports (Payroll system is Vista by Viewpoint)

• Experience in setting up and maintaining electronic files.
• Excellent attention-to-detail
