🎉🎂 Happy Birthday to the one who keeps everything adding up! 🎂🎉

Every great team needs someone who keeps the numbers balanced, the details in order, and the rest of us on our toes! 😉❤️

Today, we’re celebrating our wonderful company Controller, Maegan West! She’s got a way with numbers, a heart for our team, and a special talent for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes…..which has included being on the ladder once! We’re pretty sure she deserves a little extra cake for all that! 🎂😂

We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and everything she does to help make A-1 successful. We’re blessed to have her as part of our A-1 family!

Help us wish her a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ❤️🖤🎉

60 YEARS IN BUSINESS. A NEW MILESTONE. 👏

A-1 Insulating just completed a $70,000 mineral wool insulation project—the largest mineral wool job in our company’s 60-year history on a single family residential project!

A special thank-you to ARK Builders for trusting our team with this project. We’re proud to be part of your work and grateful for the opportunity!

Our crew installed Johns Manville TempControl® mineral wool insulation in R-15 and R-23, providing thermal performance and noncombustible fibers that help delay the spread of fire. Beyond thermal performance, mineral wool installed in interior walls helps absorb sound and reduce noise transfer between rooms—creating quieter spaces and greater privacy throughout.

A project of this size takes planning, coordination, and hard work. We’re proud of our crew for the effort and care they put into making it happen.

As we celebrate 60 years, milestones like this mean even more. Three generations, six decades of experience, and still growing strong!

🏠 Your house called. It wants a sweater. 😂

Since houses can’t wear sweaters, that’s where A-1 Insulating comes in!

Today is National Share the Warmth Day! Proper insulation helps your home stay cozy when temperatures drop—and helps your heating system keep up.

Let’s share some warmth beyond our homes, too. Have a gently used coat you no longer wear? Consider donating it to someone who could use it and we get ready to change seasons. ❤️

Now settle the thermostat debate for us: What temperature do you keep your house when it’s cold outside? 👇🌡️

Happy Boss’s Day to a leader we are grateful to work alongside!

Thank you for the heart, dedication, and wisdom you bring to our company. Your leadership and thoughtful stewardship are reflected in the way you care for our team, serve our customers, and guide the decisions that shape our future and its mission.

We appreciate the long hours, the difficult decisions, and the work behind the scenes that often goes unseen by us all. Thank you for leading by example and caring so deeply about this company and the people who make it what it is.

Today, we celebrate you and all you do! 👏
Happy Bosses Day David!!!!
