Surf is glassy knee-thigh high lines coming in at the Pier this morning. Enough to get the logs moving on this beautiful start to Labor Day weekend!

Winds are Light offshore from the N this morning. Look for winds to turn more onshore from the E later today.

We have a low tide at 9:00 a.m High Tide is at 3:27 p.m.

Edisto Bouy 2.0 feet a 6 seconds from the SE.

Surf has certainly come down a bit still some log surf out there or some great surf to get learning on. This trends the rest of the holiday weekend. Tuesday winds look to come up from the ENE and some drifty small ENE wind-swell should build in but overall shouldn’t be anything to get to excited about. Tropics meanwhile have gone completely quite at the moment. Pray for surf

Good morning surf freaks, this is Charlie with your Ocean Surf Shop surf report and forecast for Friday, September 4th.
There’s still a little swell left in the water. I’d compare it to dinner leftovers from a couple days ago… kind of soggy, but there’s nothing else to eat and you’re hungry enough that you go for it anyway (yeah, that was corny). Looks a bit more fun further down the beach.
Winds are on it a bit, with mostly knee high surf and the occasional waist high wave rolling through. Definitely something surfable, just not exactly ideal.
Winds are currently 5 mph out of the ESE with gusts up to 8 mph. They’ll briefly pick up shortly before settling into the 9–11 mph range out of the south, with gusts reaching around 14 mph..
The Edisto Buoy is currently reading 2.6 ft at 5 seconds out of the SE.
We will have a high tide at 2:20 p.m. followed by a low tide after sunset at 8:41 p.m.
What a fun run of waves we’ve had the past few days, hopefully everyone got a piece of it. Light offshore winds tomorrow morning and again Sunday morning into the early afternoon could bring some fun little log waves. Nothing too crazy, just enough to keep the logs from feeling neglected. They have feelings too, ya know. Okay, I’m going to see myself out (I’m sorry, I’ve been around Chad & Bates too much with their dad jokes).
It is currently 83* and sunny on the island. Look for a high of 87* with lots of sunshine.
Sunrise was at 6:57 a.m. and we will see a sunset at 7:42 p.m.
Water temp is currently 84*.

Good morning, this is Luke Da Kook with your forecast for Thursday September 3rd, 2026. Remnant Dolly swell still looking plenty of fun Waist+ really clean bowls this morning.

We just came off a low tide at 6:49 a.m High Tide is at 1:11 and low tide is at 7:48.

Edisto Bouy data 3 feet a 9seconds from the ESE.

Dolly swell peaked yesterday and is slowly fading out although still plenty of swell in the water at the moment. Belly high clean surf on offer around Folly, may even get some incoming tidal help this morning. Surf drops into our Friday but I still think the higher volume boards could get us wet knee-thigh surf with onshore winds. This should trend into our weekend.

Good morning, this is Eazy-E with your forecast for September 2nd, 2026. Waves are looking fun this morning with extra juice ranging in the chest high range and some solid power.
Winds are north-east at 5 to 10 knots, and surf zone is clean. We see winds at 10 knots this afternoon, and surf looks to be sizable and clean today.
High Tide is at 12:11 and low tide is at 6:30.
Edisto Bouy data 3 feet at 11 seconds from the south-east.
Our Pals at NOAA predict that, “Atlantic high pressure will extend across the region this week. A cold front could drop south through the area on Sunday”. So maybe this well will linger.
