This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from Acute Technological Services, Oil States, TechnipFMC Brazil, and Shell’s Orca deepwater development team to our Mark Tool & Rubber facility in Franklin, Louisiana.

We are proud to contribute to Shell’s Orca deepwater development in Brazil’s Santos Basin. Bringing our teams together provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, align on project expectations, and showcase the people, processes, and manufacturing capabilities behind our work.

This acquisition brings together respected Louisiana companies with a shared commitment to quality, dependable service, American manufacturing, and long-standing strategic partnerships.

For more than four decades, Steve and Millie Minvielle built M.M. Industries and M.M. Plastics Manufacturing into trusted names within the oilfield, mining, marine, and industrial markets. Their specialty and proprietary thread protectors, power transmission products, lifting bails, and other industrial solutions have supported customers for decades. We are honored to preserve their legacy while building upon the strong foundation they established.

By bringing our organizations together, we will expand our manufacturing capabilities, strengthen our polyurethane product portfolio, broaden our industrial product offering, and create new opportunities to serve customers with greater resources, broader expertise, and an expanded range of products and services.
