HARD TRUTHS POST (long post, but please read it is important information).
First as most everyone knows John is a one man show. He takes his work seriously and always wants to be sure when your equipment is returned that the work done is top notch. He does not cut corners and repairs things properly, this type of work takes time. He is not going to rush your mowers through just to make money. Great work takes time!!
Second there are situations beyond his control. We cannot control when your mower needs parts. Due to parts being on back order and delays in getting parts this holds up the time frame for mowers to be repaired. There are many parts that are becoming harder to find. This is due to the fact that companies have stopped manufacturing some mowers. The types of mowers that are currently sitting in your garages, when your mower breaks we may not be able to get the parts needed to repair it. (Please read that last sentence again, it’s very important!) Some parts for mowers are becoming NO LONGER AVAILABLE. This is becoming more and more frequent.
Again a lot of these things are beyond our control. If you’re feeling frustrated, imagine how John feels. But people acting pushy and rude is not helping the situation. We can almost guarantee that any mower repair shop is behind right now.
These reasons are why we are NO longer taking new clients. John truly strives to do his best and return your equipment properly repaired. If there is an issue always reach out. He is very accommodating, just don’t act rude and pushy cause truly that doesn’t help the situation it can just make things so much more difficult.
We truly appreciate our clients because without you we wouldn’t have a business. We just ask for some respect too. If you’re feeling frustrated, trust me we are too.
