Purpose: Leading the area involved with the accounting functions of Fulton Corporation

These areas include:
• General ledger, invoicing and accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, cash management, functions required to produce timely, accurate and reliable monthly financial statements, bank statement reconciliation, lead banking relationships, forecasting, budget preparation leadership, workers compensation insurance reporting, health insurance annual reviews, manufacturing cost and variance analysis, daily cash management and cash forecasting, and working directly with our accounting firm
• Working with insurance vendors for employee needs
• Maintain visibility of accounts receivable aging and any overdue customers
• Timely process accounts payable that maximizes terms while maintaining vendor commitments
• Office Administrator will report directly to the Controller
• Lead continuous improvement projects in finance and support other projects, as requested
• In addition, the Controller will be a key member of the leadership team providing strategic insight, business acumen, and leadership capability

Benefits: The Controller position offers a competitive salary, in-line with the level of manufacturing experience and education

Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Required); Manufacturing: 2 years (Encouraged)

Job Type: Part-time – anticipated 12 to 15 hours per week, but as needed

Schedule: Two to three days per week

Job Description:
Our production workers are responsible for the operation of a variety of manufacturing processes including, but not limited to metal stamping, saw cutting, forming, riveting, assembling, and packing.

Job Description/Tasks:
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Process materials to design specifications
• Run quality parts at or above rate
• Basic inspection to ensure quality parts and monitoring of die performance
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Accurate clocking in and out of jobs, time, and quantity
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
