The days of being able to build a house in 3-4 months for $120-$150 per foot are over. It simply isn’t physically or financially possible in todays environment. You should plan for 6-8 months and $180-$200 for a mid grade type house. $220+ for a really custom higher end house.

Go big or go home, 60kw backup generator coupled with a 1000 gallon LP tank. Should be enough to keep all 4400sqft comfy if it comes down to it.

Taking an old garage slab and foundation and turning it into a fancy garage apartment until the main house is demolished and rebuilt.

You don’t always have access to 100 year old barn wood beams for a customer’s house. So you harness your inner craftiness and make them. We’ve got 4 big case openings, 3 big ceiling beams, and 2 fire place mantles we’ll do like this.

Anyone out there that I’ve talked with over the past year that’s been waiting, ready to jump on a project ? I’ve got 3-4 houses coming up that are all basement jobs and those take time to get out of the ground. I’d have a spot to start a project within the next month or so if it was a build ready site and you were ready to pull the trigger

I went to check a job this morning, my customer’s dog snuck in my truck and was going to help me for the day. I drove nearly all the way down the mile long driveway before she ever moved enough for me to notice her 😂
