DESCRIPTION:
Provide customer service primarily via telephone and email
Enters orders into computer system
Assist with customer inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability
Manage assigned product inventory levels
Track inbound and outbound deliveries
Coordinate sales with outside sales representatives, distributors and customer service teams.
Handles and resolves customer complaints
Other duties as are required

PREFFERED SKILLS:
Proven inside sales experience
Desire to learn new tasks
Strong phone presence and experience dozens of calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Participate effectively as a team member
Familiarity with building materials is helpful
