In the last 2 weeks, we have had 8 substations completed with 6 more on deck. Plus our normal work load. We’ve picked up numerous hotels, with one being in Savannah. We are cooking for 2026! Saying how proud I am of the crew would be an extreme understatement. We have a great team!

Tomorrow we are hard at it for half a day and then we close up shop, to spend time with our families and rest. The last two days have been crazy, not just busy. We had one of 3 loads to a substation went out. We do a lot of substation

However, all hands were on deck when one of our main Cnc rebar benders housing weld cracked. This was mostly due to poor cold weld and stress of bring being a production machine. I’m very thankful for the caliber of guys I have, sharing in the same vision of JDS Supply. Not to forget out welder who stopped what he was doing, to come pick up the mount. He helped us, get it back up and running in under 30 hours. Merry Christmas to all and Happy Holidays!

Hope everyone is having a great and well deserved weekend! Got a new shipment of nomaflex cutter and 4 and 6” expansion joint in. Have a load of sonatubes going out to a substation in northern NC. Consist of 60”, 48”, 42” and 36”. Have a great weekend !

Some snap shots from the last two weeks. Radius #8 bars for a water tank foundation. Our beloved Carlos about to deliver 16 tons of American steel to a new customers site. 1-3/4” x 9’-6” anchor bolts for lighting mast at a substation. 17 tons of rebar going out to the new school in Lillington.

Boy we have been busy!!! At we are your one stop shop for rebar fabrication, concrete and masonry needs. We don’t play when it comes to fabricating rebar and getting materials to our customers. We understand time is money. Have a last minute change order because of an engineer? Need a 5’-6” standee? No problem. Need 220x #4 6” x 6” stirrups for tomorrow morning? We got you covered! Service to our customers is everything to us.
