TRUMPF and Cutlite Penta S.p.A are joining forces. With the planned acquisition of Cutlite Penta S.p.A., TRUMPF is expanding its portfolio in large-format and high-power laser cutting, especially for customized applications and oversized tube solutions.

“This partnership enables us to expand our market presence, leverage combined strengths, and drive industry-leading innovation in fiber laser cutting technology while maintaining the established customer relationships and service quality that define both organizations”, says Tom Schneider, CTO at TRUMPF Machine Tools.

The brand, its manufacturing in Italy, and its strong service expertise will continue – now backed by the global TRUMPF network and ecosystem.

Closing is expected in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
