We now have RZR High Gear Spacers! The RZR High Gear Spacer is an effective way to prevent losing high gear in your Polaris RZR or General. The high gear on the reverse shaft floats on a set of needle bearings and is held in place by a washer and retainer clip on each side. If you routinely try to shift gears without stopping the RZR, or letting the RPMs fully drop to idle, the shift dog puts undo stress bouncing on the side of the high gear. This stress can cause the retainer clip to pop out of its groove. That allows the high gear to shift over and can no longer be engaged. Sometimes the retainer clip breaks instead of just popping out of the groove, which can then get between the gear teeth and wreak havoc on your transmission. The RZR High Gear Spacer replaces the washer and retainer clip on one side and takes up the gap between the high gear and the bearing. We highly suggest installing one in your transmission along with our heavy duty bearing retainer plates.

The single mount allows you to run the Yeti or Rtic 35 quart cooler in the front position and Milwaukee toolboxes in the rear position if you prefer to run a larger cooler. The price is for the single mount and installation hardware only. The tool boxes and cooler must be purchased separately.

Posted • Fresh off a rebuild and I have to give some props to some companies. Huge shout out to here in AZ for the fantastic work on the rebuild and upgrades. They say the devil is in the details and they definitely handled all the details. Chuck and his crew did a phenomenal job! Thanks to for the wrap job, for the top notch lighting, for the Milwaukee electric Jack and Reserve fuel tank. for the beautiful tig welded custom .120 wall cage/windshield and heavily modified roof rack that Chucks guys at NineStar built up for me. Full suspension, for the shocks/springs, prop shaft and bullet proof diff, for the bad ass low pro bumper and winch, Roxzillas, and the list goes on and on. Thanks to .racing for the Recent Dyno tune with handling the mapping of the E85 tune. 193whp is a blast! Thanks all!

We will be closed and out of town until 7/19/22. Some orders won't ship until we are back. Seat bases, bumpers, and packout mounts will not be affected. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

and I got out to do some exploring yesterday. We made a big loop which included a 4wd trail that was extremely over grown with a ton of downed trees. We had to cut and remove a couple. There were so many tight spots and downed trees in the weeds at the edges that you had to be very careful. Andrew caught a tree or rock at one point and put a large cut in his . Ended up winching the RZR over, removed the beadlock ring, and put in 15-20 plugs and wire stitching. It was enough to get us back to the trucks. Just had to air it up every so often.

I couldn't remember if I shared a photo of the roof wrap after I finished it last summer or not. I just gave the RZR a quick wash after this weekends ride. Time to get the 37's off and put the 35's back on for summer.
