We are so excited to finally reveal our very own True Value Hunting Headquarters window display!

Every single time Toby McClain creates a window for us, I find myself wondering how in the world he could possibly top the last one — and once again, he has absolutely outdone himself. This one is just incredible. The creativity, detail, time, and heart he pours into these displays is something special, and we are so thankful that Howard Walker’s True Value gets to be the home for his work and share it with our community.

A big thank you also to Pam Terry McClain for being the extra hands, the sounding board, the encourager, and for graciously letting her home get overtaken by projects, ideas, and all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into bringing Toby’s visions to life.

We also want to give a very special thank you to Braden Cecil's Pioneer Wildlife Studio, Macey Slayden, and Pioneer Wildlife Studios for allowing us the honor of borrowing some of their beautiful wildlife mounts for this display. Their generosity added so much to this window, and we are grateful to have their talent and support as part of it.

What means the most to me when I look at this window is more than just how impressive it is — it’s what it represents. It reflects so much of who we are and who our community is. Hunting and fishing are a big part of life around here, and so is neighbors supporting neighbors, local businesses supporting one another, and customers becoming friends. That’s what I see in this window, and that’s what makes it so special.

We’re proud of this store, but even more than that, we’re proud to be part of a community that celebrates creativity, supports local talent, and cheers each other on. We feel very blessed.

The pictures are only a peek. You really need to come by the store and see this one in person to take in all the detail. Toby has outdone himself once again, and it is even better standing right in front of it.
