The B&B Supply Stores in Highland, Arkansas, is seeking an associate to work at the front counter.

The hours of store operation are Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some holidays open as well.

Qualifications:
-Must have a current driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
-A positive team attitude is a must.
-Working knowledge within the building industry preferred.
-Experience in retail preferred but not a must.
-Basic skills with common computer software.
Responsibilities:
- Daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments).
-Monitor and maintain store inventory.
-Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
-Assist with the procurement of necessary items, including restocking needs.
-Provide regular assistance to customers and provide troubleshooting expertise as needed.
-Answer phone calls and respond to store-related emails and other communications.
