Tuesday marks the end of an era at the Hillsboro Hardware, as Paul Rusk wraps up a strong eight years of service to our business and our communities. We appreciate his service to the store and the integral part he has played in the growth of our business.

We are thankful for the wealth of his knowledge in all aspects of the hardware. We are also grateful for how he can befriend new customers, making them feel welcome and ensuring they will want to visit again. His impact on our young associates has been immeasurable, teaching them skills and life lessons they'll have for the rest of their lives. We will miss his stories, sense of humor and hard work!

As most of you know, Paul loves to travel, and this will enable he and his wife to explore more of our beautiful country and travel the world. We wish him safe travels and good health as he turns the page to this next chapter. (Did we mention he loves to read as well!)

Hillsboro Hardware would like to take a moment to congratulate our '25/'26 intern Jessie Frazee on his graduation last week from Fountain Central.

Words cannot describe how blessed we have been to have Jessie be a part of our team this year. His hard work, sense of humor, positive enthusiasm and personal testimony have been a welcome addition each morning before he headed off to school.

We have all learned that his knowledge in school made him one of the outstanding students in the Class of 2026, of which he was Class President. However, maybe even more impressive is his depth of knowledge of all things FFA, International Harvester, historic automobiles, history, farming and the list goes on and on.

We wish Jessie continued success as he pursues a State FFA office next month, attends Indiana University in the near future, and wherever else God takes him.

It's been a pleasure, Jessie. The hardware (and the world) is a better place because you are in it.
