Throughout the day, attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, discover new solutions, and learn how Wisenbaker supports every stage of the building process—from product selection to installation.

Whether they were exploring ways to enhance the homebuyer experience, expand their product offerings, or strengthen relationships with our team, the event was filled with valuable conversations and meaningful connections.

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Sandra Verdun 🎉

Today we're celebrating Sandra Verdun and her 5-year anniversary with Wisenbaker. Throughout the past five years, Sandra has helped create positive experiences for both homebuyers and employees through her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to building strong relationships. Her passion for serving others and contributing to Wisenbaker's culture has made a lasting impact across the company.

What is one thing you've learned in the past 5 years that has shaped how you work today?
"Over the past five years, I've learned that the customer experience is shaped by the small details. Taking the time to listen, follow up promptly, and anticipate needs can make a significant difference in helping buyers feel confident and supported during the design process."

What accomplishment are you especially proud of?
"One thing I am especially proud of over the years is being part of the Culture Team. While it may not be a traditional project, it has been a meaningful experience that has had a positive impact across the company. Working with the team to plan and organize special events and activities gives employees opportunities to come together, interact, and build relationships outside of their day-to-day responsibilities. What makes it so rewarding is seeing how these moments strengthen our company culture and create a sense of connection among employees. It reflects what Wisenbaker is all about—valuing people, fostering teamwork, and creating an environment where employees feel engaged and appreciated. Being able to contribute to that has been something I am truly proud to be a part of."

This or That: Intern Edition 🎉

Over the past few weeks, our interns have been exploring everything Wisenbaker has to offer, from products and processes to favorite experiences along the way.

We put them to the test with a few tough choices, and while some had a clear favorite, others decided they loved both and couldn't choose just one.

We've loved having such a great group of interns with us this summer. Their answers may be different, but one thing we can all agree on is that they've been an awesome addition to the team.

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Kristen Fisher 🎉

Today we're celebrating Kristen Fisher and her 5-year anniversary with Wisenbaker. Over the past five years, Kristen has helped create exceptional experiences for homebuyers through her dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to making the Design Center process a positive and memorable experience.

What is one thing you've learned in the past 5 years that has shaped how you work today?
"Over the past 5 years, I have learned that every interaction matters! As a Design Consultant, I am playing a part in one of the biggest purchases someone will make in their lifetime, so the homebuyers deserve to be treated with the best customer service that we have to offer. I want them to look back on their time at the Design Center and be extremely pleased with the entire process!"

What accomplishment are you especially proud of?
"I am especially proud that I have been able to exceed the goals that have been set for the Design Center and being recognized for going above and beyond within our company, and even receiving recognition from Perry Homes executives as well. I wish I could go back to my first few days as a new hire and tell myself how exciting and rewarding this career would be, and how much I would be able to learn and grow as an individual and as an employee."

Is there a moment or experience that stands out to you?
"One moment I would love to relive was representing Wisenbaker in Perry Homes’ social media posts highlighting the Design Center. The videos turned out to be such a hit and was a really great opportunity for me to share my daily life and what I love doing with all of our homebuyers."

What’s one thing you’ve learned in the past 5 years that has shaped how you work today?
"In my time at Wisenbaker, there has been many opportunities and challenges. The culture and the people around me have helped me greatly throughout the years. I can’t say enough good things about the mentorship that is constantly being offered here. Through that I have learned that building relationships with co-workers and customers is the most important part of the business."

What’s one thing you’ve learned in the past 20 years that has shaped how you work today?
"Living the company's values - Attitude, Integrity, and Reliability - has allowed me to develop a more proactive attitude, act with integrity in every decision and generate trust through reliable and consistent work, thus boosting my personal and professional growth."

What’s a project or accomplishment you’re especially proud of?
"I have worked on the creation and standardization of the processes of all production machines, keeping up to date on technological innovations and new products to respond effectively to changes and market requirements."

If you could relive one moment from your time at Wisenbaker, what would it be and why?
"Remember with nostalgia the moments shared and the coexistence with colleagues who are no longer among us, valuing the teachings, friendship, and memories they left in our lives. In memory of Alejandro Reyna and José Contreras, who will be remembered with affection, respect and gratitude for their companionship, their human quality, and the mark they left on those of us who had the opportunity to meet them and work alongside them."
