With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in steel fabrication, welding, and plant operations, Rick serves as Plant Manager, overseeing daily manufacturing with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery. His deep understanding of shop-floor ex*****on and production workflows ensures that every project moves efficiently from concept to completion.
Rick’s background spans structural and pipe welding, equipment operation, and shop management, supported by formal certifications in welding and forklift operation. Throughout his career, he has led teams, coordinated production schedules, managed inspections and audits, and upheld rigorous quality-control standards across all fabrication activities.
