That's from a Trex survey of 2,000 U.S. homeowners this summer. 55% plan to renovate instead of relocate, and 48% say upgrading their outdoor space affects whether they stay.

Kinda chic to.....

Instagram has decided unglamorous things are chic now. Ok, we'll play... building materials style.

Sometimes it means storing every board and shingle inside instead of stacking it outside and hoping for the best, or running curtain-sided trailers so an order doesn't show up soaked. Sometimes it means running every order through the wrapper one more time before it hits the truck, and sometimes it just means keeping your own fleet, because a delivery is too important to hand off to whoever's cheapest that week.

None of that is flashy. It doesn't come with headlines or big announcements. But when you're family owned since 1931 and the order in front of you matters as much as the next one, these are the choices that keep a dealer calling us back instead of calling around.
