There is a moment when the nachos hit the Big Green Egg that turns a simple snack into the main event.

Pile them high.
Serve them hot.
Watch them disappear.

Ribs teach patience.

You can't rush 'em.
You can't fake 'em.
You have to let the fire do its work.

That is why ribs belong on the Big Green Egg.

Low heat. Clean smoke. Time well spent.

And when they finally hit the table, nobody complains about waiting.

Live-fire cooking is not for flimsy gloves.

Hell Hands are built for the hot moments around your Big Green Egg.

Moving grids.
Handling tools.
Adjusting setups.
Working close to the fire.

When the heat gets serious, your gear should be serious too.

A Big Green Egg isn't just built to cook.

It is built to gather.

The fire draws people in.
The aroma keeps them close.
The first bite gives them a reason to stay.

That is the difference between feeding people and hosting them.

The best cooks know how to control the fire.

The new Dual Zone Deflector Kit helps you create direct and indirect cooking zones inside your Big Green Egg.

That means more precision for ribs, chicken, steaks, vegetables, and full backyard meals.

Because when you control the heat, you control the outcome.

🏆🔥 We’re incredibly humbled by this one. 🔥🏆

Ken’s Ace Hardware was fortunate enough to take home 1st Place in Chicken Wings and People’s Choice at the Jackson Backyard BBQ.

There were so many amazing teams out there cooking some seriously great BBQ, and we honestly feel lucky to have been recognized alongside them. The competition was strong, the food was incredible, and everyone brought their A-game.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our setup, tried our food, and voted for us. Your support means more than the trophies ever could.

We’re proud of the wins, but even more thankful just to have been part of such an awesome day with so many talented teams and great people. ❤️🔥
