This architectural gem is one of the last projects by acclaimed Jacksonville architect Robert "Bob" Broward, whose 61 year career spanned over 500 projects. The talented firm of Studio 9 Architects has now restored Broward's masterpiece, honoring his legacy, while at the same time upgrading systems and materials to meet today's demanding coastal requirements. This includes large format hurricane impact resistant windows, cladded in Western red cedar to match the original interior wood throughout the home. Smart glass was also added in the master bath as well as a beautiful front entry pivot door....Bob would certainly be proud!
