Update on our building project on Algoa Road. A lot of square feet (and cubic yards) of concrete was dump on the ground and finished yesterday, another part of the back deck, part of the driveway, front porch and sidewalk. Special Thanks to all of the guys with JLL Construction for doing what they are doing. This is a great bunch of guys that work great together. Also, a special thanks to Nates Concrete Pumping for putting the concrete where it needed to be. The Guys at SIPS of America are working on the Structural Insulated Panels that will serve as the exterior walls and 2 cross walls for this structure, Mike at Mid America Truss has the roof trusses in the works as well. The walls and trusses will be the next big step in this project.

Update on our SIPS of America - Algoa Road project. Callaway Foundation & Flatwork have been there and did what they do, and we now have a foundation. Pep Waterproofing followed up and did their magic by spraying waterproofing tar on the concrete and applying a water wicking membrane, Pep also put in the foundation drainpipe and to make the basement leakproof. Next in the process is filling in the garage and shop areas with 1' clean rock to get ready to pour the concrete floors in those areas and the basement We will then be ready to put 1" rock on top of the foundation drainpipe and backfilling around the outside on the foundation.

Update on our Algoa Road project. Special Thanks to Zach and his crew with Callaway Foundation, we now have footings and they will be back to set the forms for the foundation. It won't be long and we will be setting our Structural Insulated Panel System from SIPS of America. No disrespect to anyone in the area, but we will have the most energy efficient home in that area of Jefferson City. Everyone should be building their new home, cabin, workshop or commercial building with our Structural Insulated Panel System from SIPS of America.
