Update on our Algoa Road project. Special Thanks to Zach and his crew with Callaway Foundation, we now have footings and they will be back to set the forms for the foundation. It won't be long and we will be setting our Structural Insulated Panel System from SIPS of America. No disrespect to anyone in the area, but we will have the most energy efficient home in that area of Jefferson City. Everyone should be building their new home, cabin, workshop or commercial building with our Structural Insulated Panel System from SIPS of America.

Another load of our TOP QUALITY 6.5" Structural Insulated Panel System was picked up at SIPS of America today and on their way to the jobsite in the Ava, Missouri area. In stick-framing terms this would be a 2x6 studded wall but some of the BIG DIFFERENCES with OUR PANELS would be that our panels are STRONGER, they have a Class-1 Fire Rating, and our 6.5" panels have an R-40 Insulation Value. Our panels also have all the window & door frames installed along with the electrical boxes that are connected with conduit. All the standard features of our panels SAVES TIME (and time is money) at the jobsite with NO SCRAPE pieces of lumber laying around which also SAVES MONEY on your building project. Margie and I made another "Roadtrip" to another one of our jobsites yesterday.
