Winners must pay and pick up their items within 7 days unless other arrangements are made.

Monday - Saturday: 9AM – 5PM
Sunday: 12PM – 5PM

If you fail to pay for an item or do not follow the auction guidelines, you will be blocked from future auctions.

• ❌ No returns for buyer’s remorse
• ❌ No returns on jewelry
• ❌ No returns on sports cards, artwork, or memorabilia
• ✅ Returns are only accepted for opened items that do not operate properly (at manager’s discretion)
