WSC knocked out this section of pier decking and framing. When we arrived onsite the pier was in dire need of attention. WSC installed new 3/4” stainless steel timber bolts and new stringers where needed then topped it off with decking.

WSC was called out for a compromised bathroom subfloor. We gutted the bathroom down to floor joist. Installed new joists, new subfloor, lvp flooring, then a new shower kit to replace the outdated tub. We completed the drywall to paint ready finish.
